It was a great year

I am ending the year by the fire knitting, my loved ones are near and we are healthy, happy and ready to enjoy next year.

50/50 Silk/Camel Sample

Once again I'm weaving on Thursday! Spent a good 3 hours and got the silk/camel sample thru the reed. Decided on 36 epi, 3 to a dent in a 10 dent reed, 10 inches wide. This yarn is very fine, so the sample should be shear.

New Season

We have finally reached the season of returning light. I feel better already knowing the days will grow longer. It is still cold and the wind has been blowing us around but summer is on it's way. Maybe now I can get some work done. Well, maybe I will start some work anyway.
